Cancellation Policy
•PLEASE READ TO THE END•
If this is your first time booking with me on this site, you will be asked to put a card on file (Debit or Credit). NO YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR DOING SO. I ask that all clients put a card on file to protect me from no shows & last minute cancellations. YOU WILL NOT BE AUTOMATICALLY CHARGED FOR THE CANCELLED APPOINTMENT. I MUST PROCESS THE FEE. I understand unexpected things happen. So no you will not be charged for every missed appointment. This fee is for new clients who don’t show up or clients who cancel the same day last minute. You will be charged a 25% cancellation fee for no shows & if you do not cancel within 24 hours.
*Please understand that double booking sometimes happens so please be expected to have a 30 minute waiting period at the most*
